Rights of Withdrawal

Revocation, return and complaints

Hairpoint would like that you are content. As consumers you can return from there received goods within 14 days. Of course we refund immediately the commodity value of the sent back goods to you. Beyond that we carry the back transmission costs in the following cases:

  • the supplied commodity does not correspond to the ordered one
  • supplied commodity is defective
  • the commodity value of the sent back goods (without forwarding expenses) exceeds 40 € (see also revocation instruction, AGB point 4,1).

Please consider for a fast completion please the following points:

  • Put please to the returned commodity your bank account with (owner of an account, bank code number, account number). During PayPal payment we refund accordingly.
  • Avoid damage and pollution. Send the commodity back please if possible in original packaging with all accessories and with all packing components at us. Use if necessary a protecting Umverpackung. If you do not possess the original packaging any longer, provide please with a suitable packing for a sufficient protection from transport damages.
  • If the back transmission costs are carried for you by us (s.o.), offer we our fetching service (within Germany). Please agree upon the collection by telephone.
  • In all other cases you send the commodity please price-rated and insure at us back and retain you run in-inheritance-put up. Please note that we must place the costs of unfreely sent packages (at present 12 €) in calculation to you. Our camp cannot accept unfree transmissions.
  • Please inform before return under
in order to announce your return. By telephone we are for you Monday - Friday of 9-18 o'clock attainable. Thus you help your return for optimal completion
